Can you tint Tesla Model 3 rear glass in one piece?

What window tint is legal in Victoria?
Front side windows must have at least 35% visible light transmission. Rear windows may have at least 20% VLT when the vehicle has mirrors on both sides. Windscreens cannot have tint film except for a permitted top band.
